With over 5 years experience in the fitness industry, I have helped a wide range of clients reach their goals. Everyone deserves to love their body. My job is to provide you the tools to give your body the love ,care, and nourishment it deserves.
Recently, I have become certified as a prenatal and postnatal specialist and am a new mom to a baby girl named Avery.

For moms that have had a baby, whether it was 6 weeks ago or 10 years ago. This program will strengthen and heal your body, giving you more confidence and more energy so you can keep enjoying life with your kiddos.

I had almost no strength at all in my arms due to nerve impingment in my neck and lack of exercising over the years-but thanks to Brittany now I do. I can even hold my chunky grandson a lot easier than before.
